Shipping:
I make every effort to ship orders within 24 hours. The exceptions are weekends, holidays and quilt shows.
Customer satisfaction is important to me. If you receive a pattern that is missing instruction or pattern pages please contact me. I will be glad to send them to you. I don't like to admit it but it does happen.
I ship Priorty Mail with the US Postal Service. You know the comercial, "If it fits it ships". The cost is $6.00 for shipping and handling. Several patterns will fit in the package. If however, you should order one of everything, it won't fit and the shipping charges will be more.
Returns
I have a 14 day return policy. If you receive something that you don't want you may return it within 14 days of the shipping date. The return shipping charges are your responsibility.
